Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returns are eligible for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

To initiate a return, please use our self-serve returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is a flat rate of $10, which will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

In-store purchases must be returned to our New Milford location. Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified about the approval of your refund or store credit.
